Bayer Foundation Women Entrepreneurs Award 2025: Meet our winners!

In partnership with the Impact Hub Network, 15 extraordinary women entrepreneurs have been selected from a competitive pool of 1,763 applicants across Latin America, Africa & the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific. Their innovative ventures are tackling some of the most pressing global challenges in health and food security.

Following the conclusion of all 10 pitches at the online Pitching Day, the jury deliberated and selected the 5 awardees from each region. These 15 awardees stand out for their vision, impact, and dedication to creating sustainable solutions that uplift communities.

Each winner will go on to receive a €25,000 cash prize, enabling them to expand their operations and strengthen their community engagement. Over the next six months, they will participate in an exclusive Accelerator Programme, designed to refine their business models, explore new market opportunities, and navigate critical growth challenges. With personalised mentorship from industry experts, they will gain strategic insights and support to accelerate their impact.

As part of the Bayer Foundation and Impact Hub ecosystem, these entrepreneurs will also have access to a global network of innovators, fostering meaningful collaborations that drive lasting change. Their journey will culminate in a sponsored trip to Istanbul, where they will celebrate their achievements at the official award ceremony—a moment to honour their resilience, ingenuity, and contributions to a better world.

By recognising and supporting these outstanding women leaders, this award not only amplifies solutions to urgent global issues but also nurtures scalable social business models and connects changemakers to the networks that fuel transformative impact.
